These self-levelling bins are also used in libraries for shifting heavy books from one area to another as even with the heavy books and manuals they are light to move along.  They have a zinc plated base for long life and maintenance free operation.  The lift mechanisms have been tested and showed no fault over 50,000 cycles.  The wheels are recessed for foot protection and so the operators can stand close to the trolley for loading and unloading and it can also be wheeled close to machines for easy loading.
