Self-Levelling Handling Bin
This New Zealand made handling bin has multiple uses and comes in 5 sizes with volume capacity of 300 to 700 litres. These self levelling bins or trolleys are used extensively in commercial laundries, post shops and with postal and courier companies as they reduce strain on staff backs and limbs and with their strong ABS plastic construction they are a most versatile, long lasting and durable bin or trolley. Tests have shown that they can increase the productivity in a workplace by up to 23% as employees find them so easy to work with. The bin automatically raises items for a strain-free working height and lowers when placing trays or items in so there is no bending or leaning into the bins to place items in or lift papers and goods out.
Used extensively in Commercial Laundries, Postal and Courier Companies and Libraries to reduce strain on employee's backs and limbs, Ergobins are the first choice for safe, reliable and effective materials handling trolleys in the workplace. Their innovative construction from rigid ABS panels and a tough zinc plated base means they have a long and maintenance free working life.
They're light, easy to maneuver and the floating table caters for variable weight/density requirements, so no matter what product is being loaded, the mechanism still works. The lean-out design at the top provides knee space for increased user comfort, and allows the top edge to be positioned closer to machines for easier loading/unloading.
These self-levelling bins are also used in libraries for shifting heavy books from one area to another as even with the heavy books and manuals they are light to move along. They have a zinc plated base for long life and maintenance free operation. The lift mechanisms have been tested and showed no fault over 50,000 cycles. The wheels are recessed for foot protection and so the operators can stand close to the trolley for loading and unloading and it can also be wheeled close to machines for easy loading.
