Expandable Barrier

Expandable barriers are personnel safety gates, used to protect pedestrians from inadvertently walking out into traffic lanes, unauthorised areas, dockway or dangerous areas.

These gates can be used for employee safety and for public safety depending on the area they are used in whether inside or outdoors.

Our expandable barrier have spring-loaded hinges for automatic closing. They are complete with mounts to suit our GuardX steel barrier posts and can be fitted with latches, if required. These barriers can be custom built to fit the exact gap in your space and to be the best height for its purpose.

These barriers are designed to be permanent, lightweight and sturdy for sectioning off areas in your warehouse and fencing off roller doors and many other uses, where the barrier needs to be retracted for accessibility at other times. They can be permanently mounted, or can be portable to allow for the barrier to be stored away.

We stock a range of standard sizes in a yellow colour, however, custom colours and sizes are available upon request, contact us for more details. These barriers are manufactured in New Zealand, and come with a 12 month warranty.
